The health and safety of our community is our highest priority. Beginning March 17, 2020, the GWC will be closing the office lobby to the public.
The drive thru window will remain open between 8-5 for payments. Payments can also be made at gwctn.org, pay by phone at 423-358-2442, our 24 hour drop box or by mail. Requests for service will also be handled through our drive through window.
The economic impact of the COV-19 virus may make it difficult to pay your utility bill. Though it is not possible to waive your bill, we will work on a case by case basis with those who need extended payment arrangements. You must call our office at 423-638-3148 for assistance. If we do not know that you have an issue in paying your bill, we cannot assist you.
