Homeowners can transfer water service online using the form below or in person at our office.

A non-refundable account transfer fee of $25 within city limits or $35 outside the city limits will be charged for the setup of all accounts. The account activation fee will appear on the first month’s bill at the new location.

* There is an additional charge of $10.00 added for transfers requiring activation after normal business hours(after 4:00 pm).

If you presently have a deposit on your account, the deposit will be transferred to your new address. Any amount presently owed at your current address plus water usage up to the date service will be transferred to your new address.

Leasors must call or come to our office.
