You can start new service by clicking here or visiting our office at 516 North Main Street, Greeneville, TN 37745. We are open Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Bills are due on the due date shown on your water bill. A 10% penalty for late payment is assessed after the due date and the service is subject to disconnection. Information about payments can be found here. We also have a drive through service and a night deposit box.

Any leak between the meter and your house is your responsibility. You may need a plumber to assist you. When you have completed repairs call our office at 423-638-4138 for a possible credit on your sewer bill.
